FRANCO FRATTINI: TURKEY-EU NEGOTIATIONS TO BE IRREGULAR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Vice President of the European Commission Franco Frattini told Corriere della Sera Italian newspaper that the EU-Turkey negotiations scheduled for autumn will bear irregular character. In his words, is Ankara is rejected to the EU after long-term talks it might lead to extremely negative consequences. Noting that the negotiations will start in October Mr. Frattini said, "It will be a very sensitive transition and I am convinced that the negotiation process will be rather complicated", Yerkir Online reported.
