YEREVAN AND RUSSIAN VOLGOGRAD TO SIGN A TWO-YEAR COOPERATION PROGRAM

PanARMENIAN.Net - A program of cooperation between the Armenian capital and the Russian city of Volgograd for the next two years will be signed in 2003. Chief of the department of external affairs of Yerevan administration Ashot Petrosian told "Arminfo" agency when commenting on the recent visit of the delegation of the Yerevan city hall to Volgograd. In his words, the program is directed at the expansion of ties in such spheres, as the trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian, transport and health. As noted by A.Petrosian, transportation alternative routes were also discussed in the course of the visit.
