Armenian Ambassador to Canada Awarded with Order for Diplomatic Service

PanARMENIAN.Net - January 26 a reception in honor of Armenian Ambassador to Canada Ara Papian, who is completing his diplomatic mission, was organized in the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, RA MFA press office reported. During the event Senator Marcel Prud'homme decorated Ara Papian with an order for Diplomatic service and the contribution to the development and strengthening of Armenian-Canadian ties. Representatives of the Senate, House of Commons, Security Council and the Foreign Ministry as well as Canadian businessmen attended the reception. The officials noted Papian's service for the development of political, economic and cultural relationships between Armenia and Canada. Efficient cooperation in the IT sphere initiated by Papian was as well noted.
