French Observer Hopes Karabakh Will Assert Right to Independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The constitutional referendum in Nagorno Karabakh was held in accord with international norms. The vote was organized well. You approach your goal step by step," said Allen Frensel, an independent observer from France. Another observer, editor of a geopolitical periodical said that the 'voting was correct' and voiced hope that 'the people of Karabakh will assert their right to independence.' "Why is it possible for some nations and forbidden for the other? Standards should be applied equally for all peoples irrespectively of their habitation," he said, reports IA Regnum.
