PanARMENIAN.Net - Only Russia and Armenia fulfill their budgetary pledge to the CIS Anti-Terror Center. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, it was declared at the sitting of the Russian Federation Security Council yesterday, which was devoted to combining efforts of the CIS countries in struggle against international terrorism. Addressing the sitting Russian President Vladimir Putin called the CIS countries to undertake measures to prevent the threat of terrorism. "We should not begin acting when everything has already happened," - he said.
