  Ali Babacan: Caucasus has big potentialSeptember 29, 2008 - 16:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Caucasus has a very big potential, Turkey's Foreign Minister said. "We believe that we will succeed in restoring peace and stability in the Caucasus for the welfare of our nations," Ali Babacan said told a news conference. "During our meeting we discussed the Caucasus Stability & Cooperation Platform," he said. For his part, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that all problems are solvable. "Turkey's initiative is topical and we can reach an agreement," he said, Haber reports.
