Russia invested over $300 million in Armenian economy in 2008

PanARMENIAN.Net - The allied relations between Armenia and Russia developed in all directions in 2008. The official visit of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan was followed by a return visit of his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in October, says the annual report issued by the RA Foreign Ministry.



Russian investments in the Armenian economy exceeded $300 million.



The Armenian-Russian cooperation in education and culture sectors was also developing dynamically.
