SCTO protocol on military and technical assistance comes into effect

PanARMENIAN.Net - The CSTO protocol on mechanism of military and technical assistance in case of military aggression against a member state has come into effect.



"The document envisages rendering of military equipment free of charge or at a reduced price," CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov said.



The protocol has been so far ratified by Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, the CSTO press office reported.
