Karabakh settlement process not dependent upon OSCE MG

PanARMENIAN.Net - If Minsk Group were capable of achieving solution, the agreement would be signed, MG French Co-Chair Bernard Fassier said in Baku. "That doesn't depend on us. We can't tell Armenian and Azeri Presidents to settle the conflict. Everything depends on Presidents' political will," the French Diplomat said.

Mr. Fassier finds that Turkey, as MG member state, supports Co-Chairs' efforts in Kharabakh settlement process. "Minsk Group is aware that conflict settlement proposal was made at the end of 2007. I think Turkish FM Ahmed Davudoglu realizes that both countries' leaders should closely attend to all points contained in the document," Trend News quotes Fassier as saying.
