  RA, NKR and Azerbaijan representatives to meet in SeptemberJuly 9, 2009 - 16:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "A scheduled Brussels meeting between RA, NKR and Azerbaijan representatives is postponed," Head of NKR Social Council for External Policy and Security, Masis Mailyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "European Union Ministerial Troika Delegation will arrive in Moscow in July, so the meeting in Brussels will be postponed till September," Mailyan noted.
