ARMENIAN GENOCIDE REMEMBRANCE DAY TO BE COMMEMORATED IN AMERICAN CITY WATERTOWN

PanARMENIAN.Net - This year posters in the memory of the Armenian genocide victims in Ottoman Turkey will be put up in 6 different streets of American City Watertown. As "Arminfo" agency reports with the reference to "Armenian mirror spectator", each poster represents the American flag on which is written: "87 years later recognize April 24 1915 the Armenian genocide was committed". The newspaper also states in Glendale decision according to which April 24 the state flags would be lowered in the memory of the Genocide victims has been recently made. Glendale City Administration has made a decision to hold actions dedicated to the Armenian genocide for a week and allotted over $100 thousand for this.
