YEREVAN MAYOR WAS IN FRANCE ON MARSEILLES MAYOR'S INVITATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan mayor's official visit to Marseilles is over. Robert Nazarian and the members of the accompanying delegation were in the second significant city of France on the invitation of Marseilles mayor, Senate Vice-Speaker Jean-Claude Gopen. In the course of the negotiations held in France the agreements achieved at Marseilles mayor's visit to Yerevan last year were defined more exactly. Creation of Yerevan service yard is the largest scale project of the ones arranged to realize by joint efforts. «Learn about Armenia» exhibition opened in Marseilles on the days of the Armenian guests' stay. Robert Nazarian met with the representatives of the Armenian community of the city, visited the Armenian church and laid a wreath to the memorial of 1915 genocide victims.
