SAINT-PETERSBURG AND CHARENTSAVAN MACHINE-TOOL ENTERPRISES TO CREATE JOINT ENTERPRISE

PanARMENIAN.Net - «Sverdlov» Saint-Petersburg machine-tool plant and Charentsavan machine-tool factory intend to create a joint enterprise to produce boring machines. "Arminfo" agency reports there is enough ground to hope that there will not be any problems experienced with selling the joint enterprise production, as a trend of increasing the demand for such equipment is observed recently in the markets of CIS and other countries. The coordination council is already created. It has to specify the plan of actions to create the joint enterprise, work out the business plan, assess the preliminary volume of necessary investments and other financial assets to realize the project as soon as possible. The first stage is expected to consist of arranging for preliminary assembling of machines in Charentsavan, which will be finished off at "Sverdlov" plant via electronics and will be brought to international quality standards. In case the preliminary probation is successful, the Saint-Petersburg machine-tool constructors will be ready to entirely support the joint enterprise to manufacture the final production.
