''Despite the decision taken, we won't see the results of it in near future. Ankara will delay Protocols' ratification so that Armenia made concessions. Border opening should not be expected too soon.''He did not preclude the fact of border closing after it was opened, ''I believe, Armenia has to take the fact into consideration.
