Commenting on ratification of Armenia-Turkey protocols, he said, "Ratification is advantageous for both states. Moreover, it's in the interests of Azerbaijan as well. The war in Georgia proved that South Caucasian countries are vulnerable. Consolidation is possible through resolution of the persisting problems only." Mr. Semneby emphasized that Armenia is not interested in status quo. "Uncertainty can't last eternally," he said.
