As a matter of fact, Azerbaijan often seeks ways to respond to us. However, it's important to distinguish propaganda, anti-propaganda and a country's official stand," Minister Nalbandian said when answering a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question during a news conference in Yerevan on Friday. "Unlike Baku, official Yerevan prefers deeds to words," he emphasized.
