ARMENIAN-AMERICAN WORKING GROUP SESSION TO BE HELD SOON

PanARMENIAN.Net - Next session of Armenian-American working group on economic cooperation will start work in Yerevan the day after tomorrow. Representatives of the Ministries of Trade, Finance, Justice and Agriculture, as well as US Agency for International Development will be included in the American delegation headed by coordinator of U.S. cooperation with the countries of Eurasia, Ambassador William Tailor. Minister of Economy and Finance Vardan Khachatrian will head the Armenian delegation. In the course of the session, which will last two days, the parties will discuss the draft of agreement on avoidance of double taxation, the ways of stimulating export of Armenian goods to U.S.A., the measures directed towards development of tourism in Armenia. Questions of entry of Armenia into the World Trade Organization and methods of joint struggle against international terrorism will also be concerned.
