ARMENIA HAS RECOMMENCED ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY TO GEORGIAOctober 8, 2001 - 19:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia has recommenced the seasonal electric power supply to Georgia. As «Arminfo» agency informs, the electric power is supplied to Samtskhe-Javakhetia, the region populated by Armenians. The consumers of the electric power did not paid for it completely last year. Armenia does not supply Tbilisi with electric power. The main consumer of the Armenian electric energy, «AES-Telasi» company does not need additional electric power at the present time. Last year, winter Tbilisi was supplied with the 250-mln kWh electric power, for which «AES-Telasy» paid.
