  Turkey to form Council on Turkic states cooperation July 19, 2010 - 13:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish President Abdullah Gul has signed a decree on formation of council on Turkic states cooperation. The Turkic council, with Secretariat in Istanbul, is already nicknamed as “Turkic UN”.
