The Governor cited technical issues to be resolved within the next 1,5 months as the reason for delay. A company in charge of church restoration will be assigned with setting of the cross, Haberler reported. The September 19 liturgy at Holy Cross Church was served by the Archbishop Aram Ateshian served the liturgy. Istanbul Armenian community attended the mass.
