  Nalbandian briefed on Genocide Victims Memorial construction details  September 28, 2010 - 20:24 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian visited the Armenian Heritage Park in Boston, where the construction of Genocide Victims Memorial is currently in progress. The memorial construction group members briefed the Minister on project details, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
