RPA: Karabakh talks at zero point

PanARMENIAN.Net - Karabakh process is actually at a zero points now, a member of the Republican Party of Armenia said.

“The joint statement adopted in Astana will maintain the status quo. Talks will be continued. However, the fact that Azerbaijani President avoided a meeting with Serzh Sargsyan gives cause to think,” Razmik Zohrabyan said when commenting to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter’s question during the December 3 press conference.

As to Armenia’s possible recognition of the NKR, he said Armenia will try to resolve the conflict through negotiations but will do so if Azerbaijan unleashes a new war.
