Bagis said a Turkish citizen of Armenian origin Leo Suren Halepli won the exam for Turkey's secretariat general for EU affairs, Hurriyet reported. Leo Suren Halepli had passed examination of the Secretariat General for the European Union to be hired as an expert. Later, however, the Ankara Administrative Court satisfied another contender's claim to repeal the examination results, and called for a repeated exam. The secretariat had appealed the decision in the Turkish Council of State. A graduate of Endicott University, Robert College and The London School of Economics, 30-year-old Leo Suren Halepli speaks 5 languages.
