PanARMENIAN.Net - The post-election situation in Azerbaijan "makes us doubt even more in the country authorities' willingness to respect the Council of Europe (CE) standards," president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Peter Schieder stated. In his words, in early November the PACE Bureau will discuss the report of its observers at the presidential election of Azerbaijan and will pass a corresponding decision.
