ARMENIA TO CONSIDER THE ISSUE OF UNITED ECONOMIC SPACE MEMBERSHIP AFTER RUSSIA, BELARUS AND UKRAINE ENTER WTO

PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of Armenia's entry to the United Economic Space (UES) will be discussed after Russian, Belarus and Ukraine enter the World Trade Organization, as Armenian minister of commerce and economic development Karen Chshmaritian told journalists when commenting on the outcomes of the sitting of Armenian-Belarusian intergovernmental commission for trade-economic cooperation. The minister emphasized that Armenia's entry to the UES will contribute to the development of Armenian-Belarusian links and will simplify the entry of Armenian businessmen to the markets of the UES member-states. To remind, at the Yalta's summit of the CIS member-states held September 2003, the presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine signed the agreement on forming the United Economic Space.
