NAGORNO KARABAKH ISSUE SHOULD NOT BE DISREGARDED, FIRST DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER OF RUSSIA CONSIDERS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh problem is "acute, complex and very large," said first deputy foreign minister of Russia, co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Conference Vyacheslav Trubnikov, "Mediamax" agency reported. "The issue should not be disregarded," - he told journalists after meeting with OSCE chairman-in-office, foreign minister of Netherlands Jaap de Hoop Scheffer in Hague. V. Trubnikov welcomed the intention of the OSCE chairman-in-office to visit the Nagorno Karabakh conflict region. "We tried to call de Hoop Scheffer's attention to the Karabakh issue and I think we have succeeded," the Russian diplomat said.
