No security measures can stop a suicide bomber with an “explosives belt”
The explosion at the Moscow airport “Domodedovo” once again showed how helpless civilization is against barbarism.
When a few decades ago Israel used to warn against Arab terrorists and suicide bombers, the whole world thought the Jews were exaggerating. When in Oklahoma City in April of 1995, 168 people were killed by terrorists, there followed no reaction to the jihad declared by Islamists to the whole world. There could be observed a striking amiability towards radical fundamentalists.

This amiability still exists. After each case of terrorist act new security measures are taken, condemnation is expressed and that is all; everything ends at it. The thing is that no security measures can stop a suicide bomber with an “explosives belt”. The explosion at the Moscow airport “Domodedovo” once again showed how helpless civilization is against barbarism. For the past 20 years it has been difficult to surprise Russia with terrorist acts, so it’s high time they really took some preventive measures. According to unconfirmed information given in Media, security forces had been ineffectively trying to find the suspects still before the bombing. The secret services knew that a terrorist act was about to take place at one of the airports in Moscow. Media also reports that on the eve of the attack the Federal Security Service was looking for the suicide bomber in Zelenograd. The story of September 11, 2001 repeats itself; everyone assumed or, worse yet, knew that a terrorist act was ahead, but they proved unable to stop the criminals. Hardly can it be interpreted as negligence. According to some experts, this kind of actions that plunge the nation into panic and the country into chaos, help policy makers to quickly and easily achieve what they strive for - power. So it was on September 11, so it is today. Since 1999, there have occurred over 30 terrorist attacks in Russia, killing at least 815 and injuring over 2500 people.

Genie, let out of the bottle by the Soviet Union in 1979 in the form of Khomeini, and the incursion of Soviet troops into Afghanistan spawned a monstrous offspring in the form of suicide bombers, for whom life is nothing. Islamic Jihad originated long ago, but now its targets are not individual countries or people, but the whole world. When they say that “the ultimate goal is to unite the world under the green banner of the Prophet”, these are not empty words. Crowds of Muslims in European cities, complete indifference to their own lives and much less to the lives of others, these are the main factors that make various attacks possible. Moreover, the much talked-about political correctness and tolerance of European states has led to a situation in which a ban on minarets in Switzerland is regarded as an infringement on freedom.

A blast equivalent to 7 kg of TNT exploded in the international arrivals zone of the Domodedovo Airport at about 4:30pm (local time) on January 24. Up to two hundred people were injured, 35 were killed.

Before the blast, the suicide bomber in “Domodedovo” cried out: “I'll kill you all!” According to unconfirmed reports, investigators found the remains of a man aged 30 to 35, who is thought to be the suicide bomber. A law enforcement source citing preliminary information said the bomber could be a North Caucasus native. It’s not surprising. The North Caucasus, namely Chechnya, has been the Russian trouble for over 200 years, and this confrontation seems yet endless. The principle “tit for tat” will always be working here. And that is why terrorist attacks will be repeated in Moscow and in other cities of Russia, despite the loud statements of Russian authorities. Alas, these statements are only a waste of breath. And again “guilty” is the USSR that played footsie with the Islamic world to spite the United States and Israel. The results, as we see, are disappointing.
