The secret services knew that a terrorist act was about to take place at one of the airports in Moscow. Media also reports that on the eve of the attack the Federal Security Service was looking for the suicide bomber in Zelenograd. The story of September 11, 2001 repeats itself; everyone assumed or, worse yet, knew that a terrorist act was ahead, but they proved unable to stop the criminals.
