Sacha Baron Cohen’s "Dictator" trailer debuted

A brand new trailer for "The Dictator" has been debuted. While the previous trailer highlights Admiral General Aladeen as a super rich tyrant who can use his power to get anything he wants, the new promo video gives a look at a different side of the bombastic dictator as he has a vacation in New York City, AceShowbiz reported.

After being kidnapped by a government agent, Aladeen gets his luxuriant beard shaven and all his money taken. Having nobody who recognizes him in beardless face and rags, the general meets a sweet girl who helps him find a job to survive in the Big Apple. Some other hilarious new scenes, including the one that sees Aladeen "pretending" to be an ordinary American tourist at a helicopter, are also included in the freshly released sneak peek.

Directed by Larry Charles, "The Dictator" tells a heroic story of a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed. Tackling the part of Aladeen is none other than Sacha Baron Cohen, while Anna Faris plays the lovely girl who helps him find a job in New York. John C. Reilly, Ben Kingsley and Megan Fox also support the movie.

Paramount Pictures will release the comedy in the U.S. on May 11, the same day when Tim Burton's "Dark Shadows" opens nationwide.
