Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a visit to Turkey on the invitation of his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu. He will attend the second 'Friends of Syria' conference to be held in Istanbul on April 1, Trend reported.
