On April 5, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan met in Stepanakert with Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.

According to the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President, the two men discussed army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in the defense field.
