In his speech at Orinats Yerkir party’s rally, Armenian Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan voiced confidence for the party to win the parliamentary elections due May 6.

“Our victory is in the interests of Armenia and its citizens,” Orinats Yerkir’s deputy chairman Mher Shahgeldyan said.

Ex spokesman of Defense Minister David Karapetyan, in turn, called the rally participants’ attention to the means several candidates dispense “charity”.

Orinats Yerkir candidiates representing Armenia’s various provinces also delivered speeches at the rally, expressing confidence for their party with leader Artur Baghdasaryan to win the parliamentary race.

On April 7, Orinats Yerkir party’s rally, which gathered over 3000 demonstrators, kicked off at Yerevan’s Liberty Square.
