OCST NEGATIVE ON OUTLOOK OF NATO MOBILE FORCES APPEARANCE IN AZERBAIJAN
The OCST has a negative attitude towards the outlook of appearance of NATO mobile forces in Azerbaijan, Secretary General of the Organization of the Collective Security Treaty (OCST) Nikolay Bordyuzha, who has accomplished his working visit to Armenia, told journalists in Yerevan today. He also spoke against NATO approaching the borders of Russia and the South Caucasian countries. At that the OCST Sec. Gen. emphasized that there is no opposition between the OCST, specifically - Russia, and the NATO. Assessing the situation in the South Caucasus, specifically in the OCST countries, Nikolay Bordyuzha noted it is stable and there is nothing that could cause concern. Speaking of separation lines in the South Caucasus is premature, he also stated. It should be noted that the aim of the three-day working visit of the OCST Sec. Gen. to Armenia was to discuss with the Armenian leadership issues referring to arrangement of the coming OCST forum in Kazakhstan.
