REGISTRATION REFUSED TO COORDINATION COUNCIL OF ARMENIAN NGOS IN GEORGIA
The court of the Akhaltsikh region of Georgia has refused to register the Coordination Council of Armenian Non-Governmental Organizations (CCANGOs), explaining it was due to "inexactitudes in documentation." As noted by A-Info news agency, the response was conveyed to the CCANGOs on the last day of the 30-day term, provided for by the law in such cases. Meanwhile, according to the Georgian legislation, if within 30 days the court does not announce its decision, the organization is considered registered automatically. Nevertheless, the CCANGOs intends to correct the inexactitudes found in the document to submit a new application.
