EU says Iran nuke talks reigned by "positive atmosphere"

Michael Mann, the spokesman for EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, said that the talks underway in Istanbul between Iran and the world powers is reigned by a "positive atmosphere".

Speaking to Fars News Agency about the ongoing talks between Iran and the Group 5+1 (the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany), Mann stressed, "The atmosphere dominating the negotiations is positive."

Mann declined to answer an FNA question about Israel's nuclear arsenals.

Iran and the Group 5+1 started their talks in Istanbul, Turkey, minutes ago.
