A UN Commission has found serious human rights violations have been committed by Syria's opposition movement, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said on his Twitter microblog on Wednesday, April 18, according to RIA Novosti.

"Representatives of the UN Commission on the human rights situation in Syria acknowledged that the opposition is also responsible for serious violations," Gatilov wrote in his microblog.
