AZERI ORGANIZATION FOR KARABAKH LIBERATION STATED IT WILL NOT ALLOW ARMENIAN OFFICERS TO PARTICIPATE NATO EXERCISE IN BAKU
Azeri Organization for Karabakh Liberation (OKL) is not going to allow Armenian officers to participate Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO exercise in Baku, OKL leader Akif Nagi stated. At the same time he protested against the statement of Charles Wald, deputy commander of the US European Command, who said that Azerbaijan will create all the necessary conditions for the participation of the Armenian servicemen in the exercise. In Nagi's words, "such statements mean nothing for us" and the Organization for Karabakh Liberation will not let Armenians in Baku.
