On April 27, Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian tied a game vs. Russia’s Vladimir Kramnik in the fifth round of the “training” match in Zurich.The second and fourth rounds also ended in a draw; Armenian GM won the first round and his Russian rival gained victory in the third one.

Given the current 2,5 – 2,5 match result, Aronian is going to play with white in the last round of the tournament.

The final round of the six-game match is due on April 28.
