Samsung has officially announced the availability of the Galaxy S Advance in the UK, according to IntoMobile.

The device that sits somewhere between the original Galaxy S and Galaxy S II rocks a 4-inch Super AMOLED WVGA touchscreen, 1GHz dual-core processor, 14.4Mbps HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, 768MB of RAM, 4 or 8 GB of built-in storage, and a memory card slot.

The Korean company said the phone will be available from Phones 4U and Vodafone.
