From July 5-9, Parliament of the Principality of Monaco will host the 21st Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. The theme of this year's Annual Session is "The OSCE: A Region of Change."

This year's meeting will conclude with the adoption of the Monaco Declaration, which will help shape OSCE and national policy. Members will also elect Assembly officers, including a new president, according to OSCE official website.

In her speech rapporteur of the Committee on Political Affairs and Security Vilija Aleknaite Abramikiene (Lithuania) will reflect on the unresolved conflicts in OSCE region, including the Nagorno Karabakh issue.
