RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER CONSIDERS RESULTS OF ARMENIAN COUNTERPART'S VISIT POSITIVE
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov considers positive the results of the official visit head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Vardan Oskanian paid to Moscow, Lavrov told journalists upon the completion of talks with his Armenian counterpart. He noted that Armenia is one of Russian policy priorities. Lavrov reminded that Armenia is a member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and it is a country, with which Russia has long-standing kind and friendly relations. In the course of the talks the development of economic and investment cooperation was discussed. Lavrov said it was necessary to work out additional specific economic projects. Besides, the problem of development of the transport component was discussed and Russia is ready to render political support to Armenia, Lavrov stated.
