As part of the 6th Annual Meeting of the European Fund of Southeast Europe (EFSE), which opened in Tbilisi, Georgia on May 31, 2012, journalists from target countries had a opportunity to visit two micro enterprizes, which received loans from commercial Bank of Georgia through the assistance of the EFSE.

The first enterprize, Mozaika advertising agency, got the loan to purchase expensive printing equipment to develop production and attract more clients. Founded by three young women, the company is gaining popularity in Tbilisi, although the competition is very strong.

“Our main advantage is that we can accept both big and small orders,” one of the founders says. “Most companies do not take small orders while we can service a client, who needs just a single sample.”

Favorable tax system also helps promote the business, the founders believe, PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reports from Tbilisi.

Another company to visit was private Cortex Clinic. It’s noteworthy that the owner of clinic is also a woman, an experienced doctor and university lecturer, who employed her most talented former students. The clinic currently has 200-250 clients and hopes to expand.

Bank of Georgia has been the partner of the EFSE since 2010.
