Walt Disney Pictures unleashes another “Brave” clip

Walt Disney Pictures unleashes another clip from its anticipated animation "Brave". Instead of highlighting Princess Merida, the snippet focuses on King Fergus as he hilariously impersonates Merida in order to convince his wife Queen Elinor to talk to their rebellious daughter, AceShowbiz reported.

"Brave" centers on courageous Merida, a Scottish princess who confronts tradition, destiny and the fiercest of beasts. Determined to carve her own path in life, she defies an age-old custom sacred to the uproarious lords of the land.

Merida's actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric old Witch for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish. The ensuing peril forces the princess to discover the meaning of true bravery in order to undo a beastly curse before it's too late.

Lending his voice to the King is veteran comedian Billy Connolly, while Emma Thompson voices the Queen. Kelly Macdonald, meanwhile, tackles the part of lead protagonist Merida. The anticipated family movie will hit theaters across the United States on June 22.

While the movie is still nearly a month away from being released, the first 30 minutes of the film has received positive early review. According to Cinema Blend, which claimed to have seen the video, "almost every second of footage, trailers, and clips have come from the earliest part of the story and give little indication as to what the movie is actually." While branding it "incredibly refreshing," the site added that the first 30 minutes are "great."
