According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, the government program will be the first document, in the discussion of which the Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary group will participate, ANC representative and former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan said.

The course of the discussions will become clear, after the document is submitted to the parliament, the paper says.
