Turkish journalist condemns Azeri sabotage at contact line

Journalist of Turkish Internet portal Bursaport.com commented on Azeri sabotage at Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

“I learned about the ceasefire violation in the morning. I deem it incorrect regardless of the country having committed it,” Zafer Opsar said during the roundtable on “Role of Media in Current Stage of Armenian -Turkish Relations.”

On June 4, gross Azeri ceasefire violation was recorded in the north-eastern direction of Armenian-Azerbaijani border, with an attempt made to enter Armenian positions in Tavush Province of Armenia.

The attack was halted by Armenian soldiers’ brave actions. As a result of Azerbaijani sabotage, three Armenian soldiers (Mushegh Nurbekyan, Zohrab Balabekyan and Karen Davtyan) were killed. The violation also claimed wounded, according to RA Ministry of Defense press service.
