Yesterday Andranik Margarian sent a congratulation message to Armenian President Robert Kocharian on his 50-th birthday. The message specifically says, "I am sure that the way you have passed and your experience will promote further strengthening of Armenia and Armenian statehood and even more increase the international authority of our country."
