Diaspora Ministry's “Come Home 2012” program kicks off

On June 18, Armenian Diaspora Ministry hosted the launch of the second stage of “Come Home 2012” program, with Deputy Foreign Minster S. Manasaryan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration A. Bakhshyan and program participants present.

Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan voiced gratitude to representatives from state institutions, local government structures and host families for supporting the program.

The program will be implemented in eight stages, including visits to historical and cultural sites, educational institutions, followed by a four-day rest in camp in Aghavnadzor.

The second stage of “Come Home” program will bring together 104 young people from Russia, Georgia and the U.S.

The event further featured screening a video film about the program.
