Moscow and Yerevan Mayors Yuri Luzhkov and Yervand Zakharian have discussed the terms of signing a program of cooperation between the two capitals for 2004-2007. As reported by Yerevan City Hall Press Service, the Moscow party has already completed the adjustment of the bill. Thus, the program will be signed in late November - early December this year. Besides, the heads of the two City Administrations discussed questions of participation of the Moscow party in house-building in Yerevan. Matters of implementation of mutually profitable programs of investment in town-planning were also touched upon.
