274 polling stations opened throughout the republic at 8 am. The three candidates running for presidency are: current leader Bako Sahakyan; NKR MP, ex-deputy defense minister Vitaly Balasanyan; Armenian State Agrarian University’s Stepanakert Subsidiary pro-rector Arkady Soghomonyan.
