Secretary general of Heritage opposition party Stepan Safaryan commented on the international organizations’ (EU, NATO, etc.) negative reaction to Nagorno Karabakh presidential elections.

“Given Armenia’s undetermined policy in these institutions, such statements are quite expectable from Europeans who are unaware of the problem,” he said.
