"Azerbaijan will never put up with the loss of territories. We will return them at any price. It depends on the course of the talks and other factors whether it will be done by peaceful means or not," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated at a meeting with representatives of Russian media in Baku last week-end. In I. Aliyev's words, the Nagorno Karabakh conflict being not solved poses a constant threat of resumption of hostilities, which will have very serious consequences.
